Insurance Information

Northwest Natural Health accepts most insurance plans and most of our patients’ visits are paid by their healthcare insurance. Your coverage for naturopathic services is determined by your individual contract and insurer. Please contact your insurance carrier directly to determine if our services are included in your plan. In the event that coverage is not confirmed by the time of your visit, we request that you pay your bill at the time of your visit.

We are happy to complete and submit insurance claims when coverage is available. Please provide a copy of the front and back of your insurance card. In addition, your plan may require a written referral for naturopathic services from your primary care physician or specialist. 

Unfortunately, Medicare and Medicare supplemental insurances do not normally cover naturopathic consultations. Please call Medicare or your secondary insurance if you have any questions.

Don't be discouraged if you do not have insurance coverage. We have ways to help you receive affordable care.
